Our Scandinavian style retreat center offers individuals a unique opportunity to disconnect from the noise and distractions of everyday life, allowing them to cultivate deep inner peace, mindfulness, and personal growth. Our retreat center is surrounded by peaceful and wintry Arctic nature and you ́re welcome to arrive by yourself or with a friend.
What we promise to offer is silence and stillness in the harmony of our  beautiful retreat center and in the good care of our caring and professional staff, meditation and restorative practices for the body and mind and  nourishing vegetarian meals.


Our Arctic Silent Retreat is suitable for individuals of all backgrounds and belief systems, as the retreat experience is about personal growth, self-discovery and unwinding. Arctic Silent Retreat gives you a break from the constant pace of modern life in beautiful surroundings and lets you turn  inwards and enjoy the relaxing and calming programs offered during the
retreat.
